Terms of Service.

By purchasing from Ventro Lighting, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pre-orders

Pre-order products are built to order. Estimated lead times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Delays may occur due to manufacturing or logistics. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these timelines. Pre-orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

3. Use of products

Ventro Lighting products are intended for off-road or show use only unless otherwise specified. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all local road and vehicle modification laws. Ventro Lighting accepts no liability for improper installation or use contrary to applicable regulations.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Ventro Lighting's liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the purchased product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
